Tom Leonard Book Launch

Join us for the launch of and a reading from a new book of prose by poet Tom Leonard. The collection includes literary, topical, political and personal matter from across 40 years. Born in Glasgow, Tom is best known for poetry written in the urban speech of that city. This, and his seminal critical writings, have had a major impact on attitudes to language and writing in Scotland, and beyond.

Tom's books will be available for sale before and after the reading.
