UnSub Actors An Evening with Mike Alfreds hosted by Graham McLaren

Legendary Theatre Director Mike Alfreds will discuss his work and the methods he established in rehearsals that led to the writing of his book Different Every Night, as well as using his adaptation of The Winters Tale to demonstrate how to practically apply these techniques. The evening will end with an audience Q&A.

Hailed by Sir Ian McKellen as one of the three best directors in the UK, Mike has worked at The Globe (with Mark Rylance in the critically acclaimed Cymbeline), The National, and was founder and Artistic Director of Shared Experience.

The evening will be hosted by Director Graham McLaren. Graham is Associate Director at The National Theatre of Scotland and is the newly appointed joint Artistic Director of The Abbey Theatre. He was founder and Artistic Director of Theatre Babel and his work includes Men Should Weep, In Time O Strife, Yer Granny and Liz Lochhead's Medea.
