VSF17 Lost in the Blue
A man, deep in a coma, hides out in the bedroom of Vincent Van Gogh while his teenage daughter struggles to understand her part in the accident that put him there.
Paintings, pigeon racing and a family about to implode meet in this vital, gripping story, told using innovative sound technology, and gate-crashed by Vincent himself. Moving and laugh-out-loud funny, Lost In Blue is a unique live experience created and performed by Debs Newbold, Storyteller for Shakespeare's Globe, and directed by John Wright, co-founder of Told by an Idiot.
One woman, a mic and a loop pedal creating a cinematic performance, telling a contemporary story that is vital, gripping and totally new.
This event will be BSL interpreted. A BSL introduction to the performance can be watched here.
