Join us for a screening of the feature-length documentary Discount Workers (2020; 1h10 length) by Ammar Aziz and Christopher Patz on March 15, 2024.

Following a garment factory fire in Baldia, Pakistan, Saeeda Khatoon and families of other victims pursue a case against the client, a German retail company, in courts in Pakistan and in Germany and are met with numerous challenges. The collaboratively made film documents this fight for justice by workers in the global supply chains of production.
