Body Remedy are pleased and excited to launch our Programme for 2022 with the first iteration of our Artists’ Residency, in partnership with CCA. Taking place from late June to the end of July, this Residency hopes to be a space for artists and creative practitioners from Body Remedy’s networks to frame what rest and productivity looks like to them. With no expectation of a delivered outcome, this Residency offers space, time and resources for Resident Artists to use as they see fit.

Alongside the Residency, Body Conditioning with Mele Broomes (founder and director of Body Remedy) will run weekly, on Tuesdays 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th July, 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

This class is a combination of active, passive and restorative movements accompanied by a playlist. Classes are free!
