Community festival on basketball ground with women and children. Central focus on one girl jumping

COP26Coalition. c Bruno Santos.

This session explores the concepts of self care, collective care and activism, because too often active supporters of social justice movements are cynically seen as a disposable commodity, and without practices and cultures of care we risk ‘burning out’.

Join us for a facilitated workshop exploring what ‘care’ looks like for activists and how we can make our movements sustain, rather than drain us

CCA is currently operating with increased requirements due to Coronavirus. Masks and hand-sanitising are required throughout the building, and queueing for events will take place outside, so please dress for the weather. We ask that people attending events take a lateral flow test before visiting CCA. For more information, please see Venue Guidance.
